Types of Services Provided

Master Electrical Services, LLC, self performs all aspects of electrical work and can provide design build with our in house engineering or by subcontracting this function. We routinely take on additional trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and general construction when associated with electrical work to provide single point accountability for projects without the customer having to hire a general contractor.

We specialize in service work, tenant upfit, and new construction.

All Journeyman provided are licensed with the state of Virginia.

Please note that Master Electrical Services, LLC, has a General Class A Contractor’s license with classifications of Master Plumbing, Master Electrician, and Master Gasfitter and others. We are also bonded.

Commercial Working Experience

Howard Shockey & Sons Inc. – Midlothian, VA – $1.5 million – Performed the electrical portion of this ground up project for Spring Arbor of Salisbury. A 48,000 square foot senior assisted living facility and memory care center which included primary and secondary power feeds, switchgear installation and branch circuit wiring with numerous panelboards.

KBS – Richmond, VA – $1.3 million – Performed the electrical portion of this ground up project for Lidl Grocery stores. These 36,000 square foot grocery stores include primary and secondary power feeds, switchgear and panelboard installations, branch circuit wiring and a generator roll up box.

EDC – Midlothian, VA – $1.3 million – Performed the electrical portion of this ground up project for Lidl Grocery stores. These 36,000 square foot grocery stores include primary and secondary power feeds, switchgear and panelboard installations, branch circuit wiring and a generator roll up box.

Haley Builders – Richmond, VA – $350,000.00 – We performed the electrical portion of the renovation of a 35,000 square foot aircraft hangar. Work included adding panels, upgrading the existing lighting package and rewiring new trailers outside of the building.

Harbor Construction – Charlottesville, VA – $40,000.00 – This was a renovation of a Steve Madden department store.We finished the demolition of the existing lighting package and receptacles. We ran new circuits for the new lighting package and new receptacle circuits.
